9月28日(ri),鐵道供電(dian)與電(dian)氣工(gong)程系開展了緊急(ji)疏(shu)散(san)演習活動,隨著響起的陣(zhen)陣(zhen)哨聲,該系2017級全(quan)體新(xin)生(sheng)用(yong)(yong)毛巾掩(yan)鼻,彎腰從各個宿舍樓內進入學校西籃球場集(ji)合(he)。從疏(shu)散(san)到集(ji)合(he),500多名新(xin)生(sheng)共用(yong)(yong)時(shi)間不到5分鐘!
在演(yan)練(lian)前,該系制定了嚴密的(de)演(yan)練(lian)方案,組織學(xue)(xue)生干部多(duo)次召開安全(quan)演(yan)練(lian)專(zhuan)題會議,著重(zhong)強調演(yan)練(lian)過程中可(ke)能(neng)(neng)出現的(de)安全(quan)問題,對各班(ban)的(de)疏散路線作出周密布(bu)置,并安排大二學(xue)(xue)生在每(mei)幢(chuang)宿舍樓(lou)的(de)不同(tong)樓(lou)層、拐角、過道等處(chu)進行(xing)(xing)協助疏散,確保(bao)演(yan)練(lian)安全(quan)而有序地進行(xing)(xing)。演(yan)練(lian)后(hou),輔導員李井銘(ming)老師進行(xing)(xing)了總結,提(ti)醒同(tong)學(xue)(xue)們(men)注意用電(dian)安全(quan),嚴禁使用大功(gong)率電(dian)器,防止火災發生,希望(wang)全(quan)體同(tong)學(xue)(xue)能(neng)(neng)正確掌(zhang)握防災減(jian)災的(de)方法(fa),切實提(ti)高自救自護的(de)技能(neng)(neng)。
近年來(lai),鐵(tie)道(dao)供電與(yu)電氣(qi)工程(cheng)系(xi)重視學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)教(jiao)育(yu),堅持(chi)每(mei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)年組織學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)進行安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)疏散演(yan)練,并通過(guo)QQ群(qun)、微信、微博等(deng)多(duo)種(zhong)渠道(dao)宣傳安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)知識,采(cai)用開展安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)教(jiao)育(yu)主題班會(hui)、講座等(deng)多(duo)種(zhong)措施加(jia)強安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)工作(zuo),努力(li)做(zuo)(zuo)到未雨綢繆、居安(an)(an)(an)思危(wei),確保(bao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的人身安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)。日后,該系(xi)將(jiang)不(bu)斷建立(li)健全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)風險防范機制(zhi),抓好安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)隱患排查(cha)整治;建立(li)健全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)教(jiao)育(yu)培(pei)訓機制(zhi),加(jia)大教(jiao)育(yu)培(pei)訓力(li)度;建立(li)健全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)安(an)(an)(an)生(sheng)(sheng)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)危(wei)機處(chu)置機制(zhi),加(jia)強應急(ji)演(yan)練、強化應急(ji)管理,堅持(chi)演(yan)練制(zhi)度不(bu)放(fang)松,做(zuo)(zuo)到演(yan)練制(zhi)度常(chang)態化;建立(li)健全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)常(chang)抓機制(zhi),推動學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)工作(zuo)規(gui)范化,真(zhen)正擰好、擰緊學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)教(jiao)育(yu)的“閥門”。
