5月12日,黨委(wei)書(shu)(shu)記高磊在圖書(shu)(shu)行政(zheng)樓(lou)第一會議(yi)室主持召開了黨委(wei)理論學習(xi)中心組(擴大)2021年5月份第一次集體學習(xi)會。
會議學習了(le)《中國(guo)(guo)共產(chan)黨(dang)統一戰線工作條例(li)》第一章(zhang)、第二(er)章(zhang),習近平《論中國(guo)(guo)共產(chan)黨(dang)歷史(shi)(shi)》中的“正確認識改革(ge)開放前和改革(ge)開放后兩(liang)個歷史(shi)(shi)時(shi)期(qi)”“知史(shi)(shi)愛(ai)(ai)黨(dang),知史(shi)(shi)愛(ai)(ai)國(guo)(guo)”和“學習黨(dang)史(shi)(shi)、國(guo)(guo)史(shi)(shi)是堅持和發展中國(guo)(guo)特色社會主(zhu)義(yi)的必修(xiu)課”。
高(gao)磊指(zhi)出,黨的(de)(de)十八(ba)大以來,習(xi)(xi)近平(ping)總書記高(gao)度(du)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)視黨史(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)學(xue)習(xi)(xi),圍繞中國(guo)共產黨歷(li)史(shi)(shi)(shi)發表了(le)系列重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)論述(shu)(shu),集中體(ti)(ti)現在(zai)習(xi)(xi)近平(ping)《論中國(guo)共產黨歷(li)史(shi)(shi)(shi)》一書中。這些重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)論述(shu)(shu),體(ti)(ti)現著我們黨對(dui)自身(shen)歷(li)史(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)一貫(guan)立場和(he)(he)態度(du),體(ti)(ti)現了(le)我們黨對(dui)學(xue)習(xi)(xi)運用黨的(de)(de)歷(li)史(shi)(shi)(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)性和(he)(he)必(bi)(bi)要(yao)性的(de)(de)深(shen)刻認(ren)識,是習(xi)(xi)近平(ping)新時(shi)代(dai)中國(guo)特色社會主義思想的(de)(de)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)組成(cheng)部分。全(quan)校領導干部和(he)(he)廣大黨員必(bi)(bi)須用腦用心用情學(xue)習(xi)(xi),真正(zheng)學(xue)深(shen)學(xue)細學(xue)精,在(zai)工作實踐中抓好貫(guan)徹落實。
高(gao)(gao)磊(lei)強調,學(xue)(xue)習(xi)習(xi)近(jin)平《論(lun)中(zhong)國(guo)共(gong)產黨(dang)歷史》,關鍵(jian)是(shi)(shi)(shi)要理(li)論(lun)聯系實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)際學(xue)(xue),切實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用總書(shu)記的(de)(de)(de)重要論(lun)述指(zhi)導實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)踐推(tui)(tui)(tui)動(dong)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)高(gao)(gao)質量發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)。一是(shi)(shi)(shi)堅(jian)(jian)(jian)持(chi)走(zou)自(zi)己(ji)的(de)(de)(de)路。總書(shu)記說:“三(san)十多(duo)年來,我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)夠(gou)創(chuang)造(zao)出人(ren)(ren)類歷史上前無(wu)古人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)成就(jiu),走(zou)出了(le)正確(que)道路是(shi)(shi)(shi)根本(ben)(ben)原因”。就(jiu)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)而(er)言,我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)積極探索類型教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)背(bei)景下職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)高(gao)(gao)等(deng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培養規律(lv),在(zai)(zai)省(sheng)內(nei)(nei)率(lv)(lv)先實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)施(shi)完全(quan)學(xue)(xue)分(fen)制改革(ge)、率(lv)(lv)先推(tui)(tui)(tui)行(xing)“書(shu)院制”學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)管(guan)理(li)模式改革(ge)、面向行(xing)業(ye)產業(ye)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)施(shi)“以群(qun)建(jian)(jian)院”等(deng),我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)培養學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)不(bu)(bu)僅懂(dong)技(ji)術,還(huan)要會生(sheng)活(huo),更要有品(pin)位,這(zhe)些都是(shi)(shi)(shi)我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)研透國(guo)家(jia)政策文(wen)件(jian)結(jie)合學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)際而(er)謀定(ding)的(de)(de)(de),這(zhe)些改革(ge)和(he)提(ti)法領先于省(sheng)內(nei)(nei)其他高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),并(bing)取得了(le)初步成效,推(tui)(tui)(tui)動(dong)了(le)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)更高(gao)(gao)質量發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)。二(er)(er)是(shi)(shi)(shi)順(shun)(shun)應世界大(da)(da)勢。“世界潮流(liu),浩浩蕩(dang)蕩(dang),順(shun)(shun)之(zhi)則昌,逆之(zhi)則亡(wang)”。我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)順(shun)(shun)應大(da)(da)勢,緊抓獨立學(xue)(xue)院轉設的(de)(de)(de)機遇,積極推(tui)(tui)(tui)進轉設升(sheng)(sheng)本(ben)(ben)工(gong)作,籌建(jian)(jian)山(shan)東職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)技(ji)術大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)。目前職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)高(gao)(gao)地建(jian)(jian)設已(yi)成為(wei)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)大(da)(da)勢,我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)必須因勢利(li)導、順(shun)(shun)勢而(er)為(wei),在(zai)(zai)時代(dai)前進潮流(liu)中(zhong)把握(wo)主動(dong),贏(ying)得發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)。三(san)是(shi)(shi)(shi)代(dai)表(biao)最(zui)廣(guang)大(da)(da)人(ren)(ren)民(min)(min)根本(ben)(ben)利(li)益。總書(shu)記說:“我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)黨(dang)之(zhi)所以得到人(ren)(ren)民(min)(min)擁護和(he)支持(chi),就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)因為(wei)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)始終代(dai)表(biao)中(zhong)國(guo)最(zui)廣(guang)大(da)(da)人(ren)(ren)民(min)(min)根本(ben)(ben)利(li)益”。就(jiu)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)而(er)言,我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)堅(jian)(jian)(jian)持(chi)“以教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)為(wei)主體(ti)、以學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)為(wei)中(zhong)心(xin)”的(de)(de)(de)辦學(xue)(xue)理(li)念,不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)改善辦學(xue)(xue)條件(jian),提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)師(shi)生(sheng)幸福指(zhi)數。引導教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)把個人(ren)(ren)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)與學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)相結(jie)合,小我(wo)(wo)(wo)融入大(da)(da)我(wo)(wo)(wo),在(zai)(zai)融入學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)大(da)(da)局中(zhong)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)更好發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)。四是(shi)(shi)(shi)加(jia)強黨(dang)的(de)(de)(de)自(zi)身建(jian)(jian)設。黨(dang)的(de)(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)設是(shi)(shi)(shi)中(zhong)國(guo)革(ge)命取得勝利(li)的(de)(de)(de)三(san)大(da)(da)法寶之(zhi)一。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)要想實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)高(gao)(gao)質量發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan),必須做(zuo)強內(nei)(nei)功,練(lian)好“鐵布衫”,進一步加(jia)強教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)隊伍(wu)、管(guan)理(li)隊伍(wu)、學(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊伍(wu)建(jian)(jian)設,不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)的(de)(de)(de)課堂(tang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)力、科研能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)力,不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)服務管(guan)理(li)水(shui)平。五是(shi)(shi)(shi)堅(jian)(jian)(jian)定(ding)中(zhong)國(guo)特(te)色社(she)會主義自(zi)信(xin)。“自(zi)信(xin)人(ren)(ren)生(sheng)二(er)(er)百年,會當水(shui)擊三(san)千(qian)里”。對我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)而(er)言,目前正處(chu)于爬坡過坎的(de)(de)(de)關鍵(jian)時期,只有全(quan)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)師(shi)生(sheng)擰成一股繩、凝(ning)聚一條心(xin),堅(jian)(jian)(jian)定(ding)打(da)造(zao)“打(da)造(zao)中(zhong)國(guo)最(zui)好的(de)(de)(de)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)高(gao)(gao)等(deng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)”“創(chuang)建(jian)(jian)中(zhong)國(guo)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)高(gao)(gao)等(deng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)的(de)(de)(de)‘山(shan)職(zhi)(zhi)’樣本(ben)(ben)”的(de)(de)(de)信(xin)心(xin),勇往(wang)直前、奮勇拼搏,才(cai)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)開創(chuang)新局。
高磊指(zhi)出,思(si)政課要加強理(li)想信念教育,在學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)中加強四史特(te)別是黨史教育,堅持(chi)用社會主(zhu)義核(he)心價值觀引(yin)領知識傳授,引(yin)導學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)牢固樹立(li)“四個意識”,堅定“四個自信”,立(li)志(zhi)肩負起民族復興的(de)時代(dai)重任。思(si)政課教師(shi)要不(bu)斷(duan)拓寬歷史視野,加強“四史”的(de)理(li)論研究,充分挖掘歷史資源,不(bu)斷(duan)提升教學(xue)(xue)的(de)歷史深度,通過生(sheng)動(dong)、深入、具(ju)體的(de)縱橫比(bi)較,把一些道理(li)講明白、講清楚。
高(gao)磊強調,《中國共產黨統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)一戰(zhan)線工(gong)作(zuo)條例(li)(li)》的(de)(de)(de)(de)修訂(ding)和(he)實(shi)施,是新時(shi)代加強統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)一戰(zhan)線制度體系建(jian)設的(de)(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)舉(ju)措(cuo),為“十(shi)四五”期(qi)間(jian)乃至未來(lai)更長時(shi)期(qi)黨的(de)(de)(de)(de)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)一戰(zhan)線事業注入了強大動(dong)力,具有深刻(ke)意義。我們必須要(yao)(yao)以高(gao)度的(de)(de)(de)(de)政治責任感和(he)歷史使命感,加強統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)一戰(zhan)線工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)謀劃部署。各(ge)級黨組(zu)織(zhi)要(yao)(yao)認真組(zu)織(zhi)學習《條例(li)(li)》,把握和(he)落實(shi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)戰(zhan)工(gong)作(zuo)新要(yao)(yao)求。不斷(duan)創新統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)戰(zhan)工(gong)作(zuo)方式方法,把廣大統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)戰(zhan)成員緊緊團結在黨的(de)(de)(de)(de)周(zhou)圍,引導他們立足本職建(jian)功立業。為譜寫學校高(gao)質量(liang)發(fa)展(zhan)新篇章貢獻統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)戰(zhan)力量(liang)。
