通過學習(xi)大家一致認為,當前全(quan)國疫(yi)情(qing)防控形勢持續向好(hao),但疫(yi)情(qing)形勢依(yi)然嚴峻復(fu)雜(za),特別是國際疫(yi)情(qing)持續蔓(man)延(yan),我國防范疫(yi)情(qing)輸(shu)入壓力不(bu)斷加大,無癥(zheng)狀感染(ran)者難察難防,防控工作仍處在最吃勁的關(guan)鍵階(jie)段。同時受疫(yi)情(qing)影響,世界經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)下行風險加劇(ju),不(bu)穩定不(bu)確定因素顯著增多(duo),我國復(fu)工復(fu)產和經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)社會發展(zhan)也(ye)面臨新(xin)的困難和挑戰。習(xi)近平總書記的重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)講話、重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)指示、重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)回(hui)信,為落實常態(tai)化疫(yi)情(qing)防控舉措全(quan)面推進復(fu)工復(fu)產工作,教(jiao)育事業落實立德樹人根本任務深化改革發展(zhan)培(pei)養理想信念堅定本領過硬的合格人才指明了(le)前進方向、提供了(le)根本遵循。
高磊在總結講話中(zhong)指(zhi)出,我們要(yao)(yao)(yao)堅決貫徹落實習近(jin)平總書記重要(yao)(yao)(yao)講話、重要(yao)(yao)(yao)指(zhi)示(shi)、重要(yao)(yao)(yao)回信精神(shen),牢牢把握統籌“兩手”,抓好學(xue)院疫情防(fang)控工作和(he)綜合改革工作。
高磊強調(diao),要毫不(bu)(bu)放(fang)松(song)抓緊抓實抓細學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)各項防控(kong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。一是(shi)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)疫情(qing)應(ying)(ying)急(ji)處(chu)置工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)領(ling)導小組(春季(ji)學(xue)(xue)期開學(xue)(xue)準(zhun)備(bei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)領(ling)導小組)和(he)各工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)專班(組)嚴格按照上級要求和(he)最新通知,進一步完(wan)善疫情(qing)日常(chang)防控(kong)及應(ying)(ying)急(ji)處(chu)置工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)方案,更加科學(xue)(xue)精準(zhun)地做(zuo)(zuo)好(hao)復學(xue)(xue)復課各項準(zhun)備(bei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。二是(shi)教(jiao)務處(chu)和(he)各系部繼(ji)續做(zuo)(zuo)好(hao)延遲開學(xue)(xue)期間“停課不(bu)(bu)停學(xue)(xue)”工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),利用好(hao)線上教(jiao)育(yu)平臺和(he)優質教(jiao)育(yu)資源,科學(xue)(xue)合(he)理(li)安(an)排(pai)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)課程(cheng),構(gou)建(jian)同疫情(qing)防控(kong)相適應(ying)(ying)的教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)秩序。
高磊要求,要扎實(shi)推進(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院綜(zong)(zong)合(he)(he)改(gai)(gai)(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)。前期(qi),學(xue)(xue)(xue)院已經(jing)(jing)明確(que)了綜(zong)(zong)合(he)(he)改(gai)(gai)(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)的總體思(si)路,聚焦構(gou)建(jian)(jian)獨具“山(shan)職(zhi)”特色(se)、符合(he)(he)職(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)育發(fa)展(zhan)規律的人才培(pei)(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)體系(xi)(xi),著眼(yan)于機制建(jian)(jian)設和標準化(hua)構(gou)建(jian)(jian),形成了以思(si)政(zheng)教(jiao)(jiao)育改(gai)(gai)(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)、專業教(jiao)(jiao)育改(gai)(gai)(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)兩個(ge)核心,教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)隊伍建(jian)(jian)設改(gai)(gai)(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)、治理體系(xi)(xi)改(gai)(gai)(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)、人事(shi)分配制度改(gai)(gai)(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)三(san)大保障(zhang)的系(xi)(xi)統改(gai)(gai)(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)方案,也得到廳領導充分肯(ken)定(ding)。從現在開始綜(zong)(zong)合(he)(he)改(gai)(gai)(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)工(gong)作進(jin)入(ru)計(ji)時狀態(tai)。一是盡(jin)快將綜(zong)(zong)合(he)(he)改(gai)(gai)(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)方案發(fa)給全(quan)(quan)院各單位各部(bu)門征求意見建(jian)(jian)議,并根據反饋情(qing)況修訂完(wan)善(shan),經(jing)(jing)黨委會研究確(que)定(ding)后(hou)正(zheng)式發(fa)布(bu)實(shi)施。二是要推動綜(zong)(zong)合(he)(he)改(gai)(gai)(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)見效見功。通過施行(xing)學(xue)(xue)(xue)分制管理,重構(gou)課程體系(xi)(xi)、構(gou)建(jian)(jian)“0.5x6”學(xue)(xue)(xue)期(qi)制度、模塊化(hua)打(da)造選修課程、實(shi)行(xing)主輔修轉換,著力解決規模化(hua)培(pei)(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)和個(ge)性化(hua)培(pei)(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)相結合(he)(he)的瓶頸(jing)。把思(si)想政(zheng)治教(jiao)(jiao)育和職(zhi)業素養(yang)(yang)教(jiao)(jiao)育貫穿人才培(pei)(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)全(quan)(quan)過程,培(pei)(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)一批(pi)批(pi)理想信(xin)念堅定(ding)、本領過硬的合(he)(he)格人才。
高磊強(qiang)調,學(xue)院“雙高”建設(she)方案(an)已基本完成,一周(zhou)內(nei)要完成好資金投入(ru)、項(xiang)目安排與預算對接(jie)等(deng)工作,預算項(xiang)目執(zhi)行單位(wei)要做出項(xiang)目執(zhi)行年(nian)度計劃。從(cong)今年(nian)起,部門年(nian)度考(kao)核工作與綜合改革和雙高建設(she)任務等(deng)掛鉤,根(gen)據考(kao)核結果確定績(ji)效獎(jiang)勵分配。
