湖南(nan)省湘潭(tan)市(shi)(shi)日前印發《國、省、市(shi)(shi)扶(fu)持高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)普惠政策(ce)(ce)清單》（以(yi)下簡稱《清單》），從鼓勵高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)自主創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)、鼓勵企業(ye)(ye)(ye)吸納高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)、鼓勵社會支持高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)創(chuang)新創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)三個領域，全面梳理(li)國、省、市(shi)(shi)現行高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)扶(fu)持政策(ce)(ce)共27項(xiang)。這是該市(shi)(shi)首次(ci)公布高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)扶(fu)持政策(ce)(ce)清單。
近年來，國家和(he)湖南(nan)省、湘(xiang)潭(tan)市出(chu)臺了(le)一(yi)系列(lie)大學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)就業創業扶持政(zheng)(zheng)策(ce)措施。由于出(chu)臺政(zheng)(zheng)策(ce)的部(bu)(bu)門(men)較(jiao)多，時(shi)間跨度較(jiao)長，政(zheng)(zheng)策(ce)點(dian)較(jiao)分散，不方便大學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)簡捷快速(su)(su)地掌(zhang)握政(zheng)(zheng)策(ce)。為(wei)此，湘(xiang)潭(tan)市發改(gai)委迅速(su)(su)會同(tong)教(jiao)育(yu)、人社(she)等部(bu)(bu)門(men)，梳(shu)理(li)編輯政(zheng)(zheng)策(ce)清(qing)單，供各高(gao)校和(he)大學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)在學(xue)(xue)習、了(le)解、落實政(zheng)(zheng)策(ce)時(shi)作為(wei)重要依(yi)據和(he)參(can)考(kao)。
《清(qing)單(dan)》內包含鼓(gu)(gu)勵(li)高校(xiao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)自主(zhu)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、鼓(gu)(gu)勵(li)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)吸納(na)高校(xiao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)、鼓(gu)(gu)勵(li)社會支(zhi)(zhi)持(chi)高校(xiao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)創(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)等(deng)相關(guan)支(zhi)(zhi)持(chi)政(zheng)策，涉及創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)補貼(tie)、稅收優惠、創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)擔保貸款、保險補貼(tie)、職業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)培(pei)(pei)訓補貼(tie)、人才補貼(tie)、彈性學制(zhi)等(deng)方(fang)面政(zheng)策，并逐項明確咨詢部門、聯系人、聯系電話，方(fang)便符(fu)合條件的(de)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、高校(xiao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)精準對接(jie)、應享盡享。《清(qing)單(dan)》的(de)印發(fa)將在(zai)提升高校(xiao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)創(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)能力、拓展創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)就業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)空間、培(pei)(pei)育創(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)氛圍等(deng)方(fang)面發(fa)揮積(ji)極作用，為湘潭全市高校(xiao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)高質量創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)就業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)提供有(you)力支(zhi)(zhi)撐。
