5月(yue)12日,黨(dang)委書(shu)記(ji)高磊在圖書(shu)行政(zheng)樓第一(yi)會議室主持(chi)召(zhao)開(kai)了黨(dang)委理論學習(xi)(xi)中心組(擴(kuo)大)2021年5月(yue)份第一(yi)次集體(ti)學習(xi)(xi)會。
會議學(xue)習了《中(zhong)(zhong)國共產黨(dang)統一(yi)戰(zhan)線工(gong)作條例》第一(yi)章、第二(er)章,習近平《論中(zhong)(zhong)國共產黨(dang)歷(li)史(shi)(shi)(shi)》中(zhong)(zhong)的“正確認(ren)識(shi)改革開(kai)放前(qian)和(he)改革開(kai)放后兩個歷(li)史(shi)(shi)(shi)時期”“知史(shi)(shi)(shi)愛(ai)黨(dang),知史(shi)(shi)(shi)愛(ai)國”和(he)“學(xue)習黨(dang)史(shi)(shi)(shi)、國史(shi)(shi)(shi)是堅持和(he)發展中(zhong)(zhong)國特色社(she)會主(zhu)義(yi)的必修課”。
高磊指出,黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)的(de)(de)十八大(da)以(yi)來,習(xi)(xi)近平(ping)(ping)總書記高度(du)重(zhong)視黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)史(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi),圍繞中(zhong)(zhong)國共產黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)歷史(shi)(shi)發(fa)表(biao)了系列重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)論(lun)述(shu),集中(zhong)(zhong)體現(xian)在(zai)習(xi)(xi)近平(ping)(ping)《論(lun)中(zhong)(zhong)國共產黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)歷史(shi)(shi)》一書中(zhong)(zhong)。這些重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)論(lun)述(shu),體現(xian)著我(wo)們(men)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)對(dui)自身歷史(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)一貫立場和態度(du),體現(xian)了我(wo)們(men)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)對(dui)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)運(yun)用(yong)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)的(de)(de)歷史(shi)(shi)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)性和必要(yao)(yao)性的(de)(de)深(shen)刻認識,是習(xi)(xi)近平(ping)(ping)新(xin)時代中(zhong)(zhong)國特色社會主義思(si)想的(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)組成(cheng)部分。全校領(ling)導干部和廣大(da)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員必須(xu)用(yong)腦用(yong)心(xin)用(yong)情學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi),真正學(xue)(xue)深(shen)學(xue)(xue)細(xi)學(xue)(xue)精,在(zai)工作實踐(jian)中(zhong)(zhong)抓好貫徹落(luo)實。
高(gao)磊強調(diao),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)習(xi)近平《論(lun)(lun)中(zhong)國共產(chan)黨(dang)(dang)歷(li)史》,關鍵(jian)(jian)是(shi)(shi)要理(li)論(lun)(lun)聯系實(shi)際學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),切實(shi)用總書記的(de)(de)(de)(de)重要論(lun)(lun)述指導實(shi)踐推(tui)動學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)高(gao)質量(liang)(liang)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。一(yi)(yi)是(shi)(shi)堅持走(zou)自己的(de)(de)(de)(de)路(lu)。總書記說:“三(san)(san)十多(duo)年來,我們(men)(men)(men)能(neng)(neng)夠創造(zao)(zao)出(chu)人(ren)(ren)類歷(li)史上前(qian)(qian)無古人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)成(cheng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu),走(zou)出(chu)了正(zheng)確(que)道路(lu)是(shi)(shi)根本原因”。就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)而(er)(er)言(yan),我們(men)(men)(men)積極探索類型教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)背景下職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)高(gao)等教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)才培養(yang)規律,在(zai)省內(nei)率(lv)先實(shi)施完全(quan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)分(fen)制改(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)、率(lv)先推(tui)行“書院(yuan)制”學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)管理(li)模式改(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)、面向行業(ye)產(chan)業(ye)實(shi)施“以群建(jian)(jian)院(yuan)”等,我們(men)(men)(men)培養(yang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)不(bu)(bu)僅懂技(ji)術(shu),還(huan)要會(hui)生(sheng)(sheng)活(huo),更要有品位,這(zhe)些(xie)都是(shi)(shi)我們(men)(men)(men)研(yan)透(tou)國家(jia)政策文件結合學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)實(shi)際而(er)(er)謀定的(de)(de)(de)(de),這(zhe)些(xie)改(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)和提(ti)(ti)法領(ling)先于(yu)省內(nei)其他(ta)高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao),并取得(de)(de)了初步成(cheng)效,推(tui)動了學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)實(shi)現更高(gao)質量(liang)(liang)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。二(er)(er)是(shi)(shi)順(shun)應(ying)世界大(da)勢。“世界潮流,浩浩蕩蕩,順(shun)之(zhi)則昌,逆之(zhi)則亡”。我們(men)(men)(men)順(shun)應(ying)大(da)勢,緊抓獨(du)立學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)轉設的(de)(de)(de)(de)機遇(yu),積極推(tui)進(jin)轉設升本工作,籌建(jian)(jian)山東職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)技(ji)術(shu)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)。目(mu)前(qian)(qian)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)高(gao)地建(jian)(jian)設已成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)大(da)勢,我們(men)(men)(men)必須(xu)因勢利(li)導、順(shun)勢而(er)(er)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei),在(zai)時代(dai)(dai)前(qian)(qian)進(jin)潮流中(zhong)把(ba)握主(zhu)動,贏得(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。三(san)(san)是(shi)(shi)代(dai)(dai)表最廣(guang)大(da)人(ren)(ren)民根本利(li)益。總書記說:“我們(men)(men)(men)黨(dang)(dang)之(zhi)所以得(de)(de)到人(ren)(ren)民擁護和支持,就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)(shi)因為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)能(neng)(neng)始終代(dai)(dai)表中(zhong)國最廣(guang)大(da)人(ren)(ren)民根本利(li)益”。就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)而(er)(er)言(yan),我們(men)(men)(men)堅持“以教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)主(zhu)體、以學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)中(zhong)心(xin)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)理(li)念,不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)改(gai)善辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)條件,提(ti)(ti)升師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)幸福指數(shu)。引導教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)工把(ba)個人(ren)(ren)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)相結合,小我融入大(da)我,在(zai)融入學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)大(da)局中(zhong)實(shi)現更好(hao)(hao)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。四(si)是(shi)(shi)加強黨(dang)(dang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)自身(shen)建(jian)(jian)設。黨(dang)(dang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)設是(shi)(shi)中(zhong)國革(ge)(ge)(ge)命取得(de)(de)勝利(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)三(san)(san)大(da)法寶之(zhi)一(yi)(yi)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)要想(xiang)實(shi)現高(gao)質量(liang)(liang)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),必須(xu)做強內(nei)功,練好(hao)(hao)“鐵(tie)布(bu)衫”,進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步加強教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)隊伍(wu)(wu)(wu)、管理(li)隊伍(wu)(wu)(wu)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工隊伍(wu)(wu)(wu)建(jian)(jian)設,不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)提(ti)(ti)升教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)課堂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)能(neng)(neng)力、科(ke)研(yan)能(neng)(neng)力,不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)提(ti)(ti)升服務管理(li)水平。五是(shi)(shi)堅定中(zhong)國特色社會(hui)主(zhu)義(yi)自信。“自信人(ren)(ren)生(sheng)(sheng)二(er)(er)百(bai)年,會(hui)當(dang)水擊三(san)(san)千里(li)”。對我們(men)(men)(men)而(er)(er)言(yan),目(mu)前(qian)(qian)正(zheng)處于(yu)爬坡過坎(kan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)關鍵(jian)(jian)時期,只有全(quan)校(xiao)(xiao)師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)擰成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)股繩、凝聚一(yi)(yi)條心(xin),堅定打造(zao)(zao)“打造(zao)(zao)中(zhong)國最好(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)高(gao)等教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)”“創建(jian)(jian)中(zhong)國職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)高(gao)等教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)‘山職(zhi)(zhi)’樣本”的(de)(de)(de)(de)信心(xin),勇往直前(qian)(qian)、奮勇拼搏,才能(neng)(neng)不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)開(kai)創新(xin)局。
高磊指出,思政課要加(jia)強理(li)(li)想信念(nian)教育(yu),在學生中加(jia)強四(si)史(shi)(shi)特別是黨史(shi)(shi)教育(yu),堅持用(yong)社會主義(yi)核心價值觀(guan)引領(ling)知(zhi)識傳授,引導(dao)學生牢(lao)固樹立“四(si)個(ge)意識”,堅定“四(si)個(ge)自信”,立志(zhi)肩負起民族復(fu)興的(de)(de)時代(dai)重任。思政課教師要不(bu)斷拓寬歷(li)史(shi)(shi)視(shi)野,加(jia)強“四(si)史(shi)(shi)”的(de)(de)理(li)(li)論(lun)研(yan)究,充分挖掘歷(li)史(shi)(shi)資源,不(bu)斷提(ti)升教學的(de)(de)歷(li)史(shi)(shi)深度(du),通過生動、深入、具體的(de)(de)縱橫比較,把(ba)一些道理(li)(li)講明白、講清楚。
高磊強(qiang)調,《中國共產黨統(tong)一戰(zhan)線(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)條(tiao)(tiao)例(li)》的修訂(ding)和實(shi)施,是新(xin)時(shi)代加強(qiang)統(tong)一戰(zhan)線(xian)制度體系建(jian)設的重要(yao)舉措,為(wei)“十(shi)四五”期(qi)間乃至未來更長時(shi)期(qi)黨的統(tong)一戰(zhan)線(xian)事業(ye)注入了強(qiang)大(da)(da)動(dong)力(li),具有深刻意義。我們(men)(men)必須(xu)要(yao)以高度的政治(zhi)責任感和歷史使命(ming)感,加強(qiang)統(tong)一戰(zhan)線(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的謀劃(hua)部署。各級黨組織要(yao)認(ren)真組織學習《條(tiao)(tiao)例(li)》,把握和落實(shi)統(tong)戰(zhan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)新(xin)要(yao)求。不斷創新(xin)統(tong)戰(zhan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)方式方法,把廣(guang)大(da)(da)統(tong)戰(zhan)成員緊緊團結(jie)在黨的周圍,引(yin)導他們(men)(men)立(li)足(zu)本職建(jian)功(gong)立(li)業(ye)。為(wei)譜(pu)寫學校高質量發展新(xin)篇章(zhang)貢(gong)獻統(tong)戰(zhan)力(li)量。
