自(zi)新(xin)型冠狀病毒感染的疫(yi)情發現以來,我院嚴格落實教育部和山東省委、省政府及省教育廳有關通知要求,把(ba)師生(sheng)的生(sheng)命(ming)安(an)全和身(shen)體健康放在第一位,網上網下“雙線戰‘疫(yi)’”,護航學生(sheng)平安(an)。
宣傳引導,服從大局。一(yi)是下發了《致全(quan)體(ti)(ti)輔導(dao)員、班主任(ren)的(de)(de)一(yi)封信》《致全(quan)體(ti)(ti)學(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)一(yi)封信》《致全(quan)體(ti)(ti)學(xue)生(sheng)做(zuo)好疫情(qing)(qing)(qing)防控工作的(de)(de)告知書》和(he)《疫情(qing)(qing)(qing)預防指南》等(deng)通知,號(hao)(hao)召全(quan)體(ti)(ti)輔導(dao)員、班主任(ren)落(luo)實(shi)責任(ren)到(dao)(dao)位、落(luo)實(shi)措(cuo)施到(dao)(dao)位、落(luo)實(shi)自己(ji)(ji)到(dao)(dao)位,做(zuo)到(dao)(dao)疫情(qing)(qing)(qing)防控不僥幸、不懈怠,做(zuo)到(dao)(dao)抗戰與(yu)(yu)暖心并舉、防疫與(yu)(yu)育人結(jie)合,做(zuo)到(dao)(dao)保護自己(ji)(ji)、關愛學(xue)生(sheng),全(quan)面提(ti)升自身專業(ye)化、職業(ye)化能(neng)力。號(hao)(hao)召全(quan)體(ti)(ti)學(xue)生(sheng)正(zheng)確(que)看待(dai)疫情(qing)(qing)(qing)、服從(cong)防疫大局,了解防疫知識(shi)、加強(qiang)個人防護,合理安排假期、及時報告實(shi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)。二是通過微信、微博(bo)、QQ等(deng)媒體(ti)(ti)平臺,做(zuo)好正(zheng)面引導(dao),宣講(jiang)有關防控政策和(he)措(cuo)施,引導(dao)全(quan)員理性認識(shi),科學(xue)防控,消除(chu)恐慌(huang),不信謠(yao)、不傳謠(yao),維(wei)護良好網(wang)絡(luo)輿論環境(jing)。
重點關注,細致入微。一是(shi)通(tong)過學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工作(zuo)管(guan)理系(xi)(xi)(xi)統查到籍貫、戶口所在(zai)地、生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)源(yuan)地在(zai)湖北省的學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)共有(you)18人(ren)(ren),當(dang)天(tian)即通(tong)知(zhi)各系(xi)(xi)(xi)安排輔(fu)導(dao)員、班主(zhu)任(ren)采取電話(hua)、微信、QQ等方(fang)式逐(zhu)一聯(lian)系(xi)(xi)(xi)并落實(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)當(dang)前(qian)情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang),給予他們足夠的關(guan)心和(he)(he)(he)關(guan)懷,指(zhi)導(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)做好個人(ren)(ren)防控(kong)(kong)措施。二是(shi)制(zhi)定了(le)留(liu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)疫(yi)情(qing)防控(kong)(kong)預案,成立了(le)留(liu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)自管(guan)會,負責監督各位留(liu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)做好體溫測量、外出報告等防控(kong)(kong)事宜,及時掌(zhang)握每位學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang),按時向教育(yu)廳(ting)、出入(ru)境管(guan)理局(ju)和(he)(he)(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院上報留(liu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)身體狀況(kuang)(kuang)和(he)(he)(he)人(ren)(ren)員流動情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang),加強留(liu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)疫(yi)情(qing)宣(xuan)傳和(he)(he)(he)新冠(guan)病毒(du)的防護教育(yu)。三是(shi)密切(qie)聯(lian)系(xi)(xi)(xi)濟南鐵路局(ju)等學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)實(shi)習單(dan)位做好學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)實(shi)習安排,叫停一切(qie)寒假社(she)會實(shi)踐活動和(he)(he)(he)志(zhi)愿(yuan)(yuan)服務活動,撤回所有(you)參與社(she)會實(shi)踐和(he)(he)(he)志(zhi)愿(yuan)(yuan)服務的學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),確保學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)平安健(jian)康。
心理疏導,居家戰“疫”。一是全體(ti)輔(fu)導員、班主任采取打電(dian)話、微(wei)信、QQ等(deng)方(fang)式(shi)與每(mei)名學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)保持密(mi)切聯系,及(ji)時(shi)準確(que)掌握動(dong)(dong)(dong)態(tai),及(ji)時(shi)做(zuo)好心(xin)(xin)理疏導,及(ji)時(shi)傳達學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)精神,及(ji)時(shi)上報異常情(qing)況(kuang),引導學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)遵(zun)守(shou)學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)相關規定,未經批準不提前返校。二是學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)大學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)心(xin)(xin)理健康中心(xin)(xin)在微(wei)信公(gong)眾號推出了“宅(zhai)家(jia)攻略”,引導學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)通(tong)過聽音樂(le)緩釋情(qing)緒、居(ju)家(jia)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)增(zeng)強抵(di)抗力(li)、與書(shu)戀愛(ai)充實精神生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)(huo)、網上學(xue)習做(zuo)好知識(shi)儲(chu)備、關注權威發布明辨是非(fei)、鍛煉廚藝提升生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)(huo)能力(li)等(deng)方(fang)式(shi)“宅(zhai)家(jia)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)(huo)”,做(zuo)好居(ju)家(jia)、飲(yin)食(shi)、個(ge)人等(deng)的衛生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)防疫(yi)工作。三是開展(zhan)了大學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)居(ju)家(jia)戰“疫(yi)”生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)(huo)短(duan)視(shi)頻評(ping)選活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong),設置(zhi)學(xue)習閱(yue)讀篇(pian)、居(ju)家(jia)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)篇(pian)、娛樂(le)休(xiu)閑篇(pian)、勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)美食(shi)篇(pian)等(deng)四個(ge)主題,通(tong)過征(zheng)集展(zhan)示(shi)各(ge)種有趣短(duan)視(shi)頻,傳播(bo)陽光正(zheng)能量,激發學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)對學(xue)習、生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)(huo)、運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)等(deng)的興趣,轉移不良情(qing)緒,培養大家(jia)積極向(xiang)上的生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)(huo)態(tai)度。
