為(wei)更好引導(dao)(dao)(dao)大學(xue)生(sheng)心(xin)理健(jian)(jian)康(kang)成(cheng)長(chang),提(ti)升輔導(dao)(dao)(dao)員(yuan)心(xin)理健(jian)(jian)康(kang)教育理論素養,扎實推進心(xin)理育人工作,4月2日,我院邀請山東中醫(yi)藥大學(xue)王維勛教授到(dao)校做心(xin)理健(jian)(jian)康(kang)工作指(zhi)導(dao)(dao)(dao)。各系黨總支書記、全體輔導(dao)(dao)(dao)員(yuan)參加(jia)座(zuo)談會,學(xue)生(sheng)工作處處長(chang)劉(liu)紅主持活動。
王維勛(xun)針對輔(fu)導(dao)員(yuan)(yuan)心(xin)理(li)育(yu)人工(gong)(gong)(gong)作中(zhong)遇到(dao)的(de)(de)案例(li)進(jin)行(xing)講解,分析問(wen)題(ti)背后的(de)(de)原因及應對方(fang)式(shi),用(yong)心(xin)理(li)專(zhuan)業知識(shi)引(yin)(yin)導(dao)老(lao)師(shi)(shi)對案例(li)提(ti)出針對性的(de)(de)解決(jue)措(cuo)施(shi),與老(lao)師(shi)(shi)們(men)一起探討如何(he)更(geng)有(you)效地做好(hao)學生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)心(xin)理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。他表示,育(yu)人育(yu)心(xin),學生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)才(cai)能健康成(cheng)長(chang)。要規范(fan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作機(ji)制,防范(fan)風險發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),日常工(gong)(gong)(gong)作中(zhong)要多(duo)(duo)看(kan)、多(duo)(duo)聽、多(duo)(duo)問(wen)。劉紅在總結(jie)講話中(zhong)指出,做好(hao)心(xin)理(li)育(yu)人工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,需要輔(fu)導(dao)員(yuan)(yuan)對學生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)有(you)愛心(xin)、有(you)耐心(xin)、有(you)恒(heng)心(xin),陪伴他們(men)順利渡過這一成(cheng)長(chang)困惑期。通過本次座談,老(lao)師(shi)(shi)們(men)對心(xin)理(li)危機(ji)預警與干預、心(xin)理(li)健康服務工(gong)(gong)(gong)作方(fang)法等有(you)了更(geng)深入(ru)的(de)(de)認識(shi),為(wei)開展(zhan)好(hao)學生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想(xiang)教育(yu)和心(xin)理(li)疏導(dao)、轉(zhuan)變問(wen)題(ti)學生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)、引(yin)(yin)導(dao)學生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)走出不良情緒(xu)提(ti)供了新的(de)(de)方(fang)法和啟發(fa)。
